We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge products and our clients' technical needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions that meet their specific business needs.
• Serve as the technical expert during the pre-sales process, providing product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering detailed client inquiries.
• Work closely with clients to assess their current systems and workflows, identifying integration points for our AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes to demonstrate the value and functionality of our solutions.
• Assist in the implementation process by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team, communicating client feedback and helping to shape future product features.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and continued product success.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, FAQs, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role, preferably within the AI or technology sectors.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and how they can be applied in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
